Stan provides project, construction, and design management services to support public construction programs with the goal of optimizing and achieving cost effective and timely project delivery. His experience ranges from education, public works,  hospitality, commercial, retail and industrial for high-profile projects. Stan is a detail-oriented manager with an ability to balance technical necessity and design objectives. Stan has a high level of intelligence and is always trying to expand it more through his work.

Ying Wang, LEED AP Fellow, Director, Sustainability, Project Architect

Ying has an impressive thirty plus years in organizational management, sustainability consulting, teaching, and architectural practice. Advocate by heart, she is passionate about environmental issues and interested in innovation on the energy front. She contributes numerous hours to volunteering and community leadership. Ms. Wang places importance in education and directs courses in sustainable architecture at Cal Poly Pomona and UCLA. She has led the firm in its pursuit of excellence in delivering over and above the expectations of its clients in a timely manner.


Robert Stewart, CCIDC, CAPS, Director, Strategic Relations

Over the past four decades, Robert has guided high technology practice and been responsible for providing principal-level project leadership to the firm’s most important projects. Additionally, he oversees the financial performance of the firm and manages Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo practice areas. Bob is a member and past officer of The Downtown Breakfast Club of Los Angeles, an organization of professionals whose main purpose is to recognize, foster and encourage the orderly and planned growth of Downtown Los Angeles. His professional affilitations include the California Council of Interior Design Certifitcation (CCIDC) and CERTIFIED AGING-IN-PLACE SPECIALIST (CAPS).



Sally Norgren, Associate, Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience supporting executives in the architectural field, Sally plays an integral part in the day-to-day function of SRK Architects, Inc. Her demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency allow SRK Principals to focus on their professional and managerial roles with pragmatism and efficiency. Sally coordinates all operations of the firm with the operations director to ensure that the firm maintains its standing within the profession of architecture. Sally holds both a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University Manila, Philippines.

With  her  combined  professional  background  in  business and design, Chelsea not only understands the universal importance of communication and connection; she  believes the two are synonymous with  quality  work  and  necessary for building lasting professional relationships. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Chelsea has designed multiple LEED certified projects and welcomes the opportunity to continue expanding her expertise in sustainability. Chelsea is a valued member of the SRK Architects team with her versatile design knowledge and creative problem solving   skills.




Duyum Dulom, AAIA, Associate, Technology Leader

After obtaining his Masters in Building Science from the University of Southern California in 2013, Duyum was integrated into the SRK Team as an intern architect but quickly excelled, becoming the Building Science Manager. His skills and expertise in AutoCad, Revit, Design Building, etc. have facilitated large projects such as the historic Los Angeles Athletic Club renovation, San Pedro Elks Lodge reconstruction and the new corporate headquarters for Walker Zanger. Duyum’s affiliations include USGBC LA Chapter, AIA LA Chapter, Society of Building Science Educators (SBSE) and the American Solar Energy Society (ASES).
